All notification of changes / cancellations to bookings by customers must be made at least 24 hours before the session.
Full refunds are available as are rescheduling sessions at no additional cost.
Customers who fail to attend the session within the first 10 minutes of the session beginning without prior notification will not be entitled to a refund and the session will be cancelled.
Customers who wish to purchase resources used within the session can only do so using the TES online store.
Customers who use foul and abusive language will be permanently banned from using the services associated with Savvy Tutor.
